Morssing & Nycander, which was founded in 1880 and is one of the oldest and most reputable law firms in its niche law practices in Sweden, has merged with MAQS Law Firm, Sweden's fastest growing law firm employing some 250 people in offices located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmoe, Copenhagen, Tallinn and Warsaw. We have now moved our offices to join MAQS in the very heart of the city of Stockholm.

By this merger we will strengthen our possibilities to offer our clients a broader range of services than today, while at the same time continuing and developing, together with MAQS, our main areas of practise, such as Maritime and Transportation Law, Insurance and Reinsurance, International Trade Law, Construction Law and Litigation and Arbitration.

The merged businesses will generally operate under the name of MAQS. The Maritime and Transportation practise will be operated under the name of MAQS Morssing & Nycander.
